Yay! I got a new watch!

Thanksgiving 2009

6th November, Friday was Thanksgiving Day for the Colistrians. We had one hour recess and the school was generous enough to give us Drumstick ice cream. Sadly, I had to replace Ayesha and so I didn't get my ice cream, you owe me my ice cream Bibi!
Anyway, putting that aside, the performances were splendid. From expressing touching and meaningful messages to a band of splendid musicians, everything was splendid! The band even played a medley that included the Pink Panther and Mission Impossible theme. Then, the Fifth Formers, Sau Cheng, Krystle, Ming Yen and Denise presented the song The Call and it was superbly touching! And guess what? I have succeeded to download the song! Yay!
As a finale, we had a sing-along session with three songs, Satu Malaysia, Hijau and Heal The World.
After that, Fifth Formers were given time to personally thank their teachers and friends and the crying session finally began. Left, right and everywhere I looked were people crying, teachers or students.
However, everyone enjoyed theirselves

At last people, justice! At last, I finally know that there are people who supports me and my views. Thank you to my friends, grandma and my brother for supporting me, I wouldn't wanna let you guys down. Therefore, I will not give up five years' worth of training just because of some stupid, irrational, brainless comments. I will show him that I am not a person to underestimate. May justice prevails forever!

Training tonight? One word. Sucks. Why?

1) Fell down at school during PE so could not train.
2) Wore shorts so it would not hurt the wound, ended up being a laughing stock.
3) Got kicked out of sparring.
4) Got teased by a fucking bastard who thinks he knows everything.

Seriously, can my life at training get any worse? So I wore shorts, so what? I did not want my wound to get scratch again cause it's hurting like hell.
Wanna know what the fucking bastard said?

F.B. : Next time, why don't you wear a bikini instead?
Response : *Smiled, cursing inside*
F.B. : Sir said hot pants are not allowed, only bikinis are allowed.
Response : *Still smiling, cursing and swearing inside. Turns away*
F.B. : Wait, turn around. What's wrong with your mouth?
Response : *Turned around* Er...The skin peeled off.
F.B. : You're not supposed to put any nonsense you know? What did you put? Lipstick?
Response : Er..I don't put makeup...
F.B. : *Does a disgusting act of a whore putting lipstick*
Response : *Smile,cursing and swearing more inside*

And then, the whole class burst out laughing. And believe me people, I felt like digging a hole and burying my head in it. But, unfortunately, I can only smile and take it and hold my head up high. So I'm sensitive, so what? If you like to tease people so much. why don't just look at yourself and shut the fuck up bastard?

These are my resolutions in training:
1) Never, EVER wear shorts, hot pants, or any clothe that reveals the legs, even if you're injured really bad.
2) Train harder and shut those stuck up people who thinks their the boss of everything just because they're older and more powerful.
3) Never rest and not train anymore. It's either go and train, or stay at home.

And etc. etc. etc.

Today's PE was not what I had in mind. Fell down when we were playing and hurt my knee. Since I had nothing to do, will post my knee here..Bye bye people!

The Little Nyonya

The Little Nyonya is a 34-episode drama serial which debuted on 25th November 2008. I must say, it is a splendid drama serial.

It shows us that the world has civilized since the 1930s. Especially women during that era and this era. As a synopsis, The Little Nyonya tells the story of three generations of a Nyonya family. Besides that, it shows how women were abused by men during that time, which is a sad thing. It is as though their lives were destined to marry, be it an arranged marriage or not.

There is this girl, Huang Yuzhu, who was forced to marry a rich businessman, Robert Zhang. Long story short, she was violated by him, forced to obey his every commands without a change to speak her mind. And that people, is a terrible thing. It really saddened me that there a men like this who exists in this world. Men who think they have the right to do whatever they want to us women just because they are stronger. Fortunately, the world has changed and women now are treated as an equal.

Two other characters, Huang Juxiang and her daughter, Yueniang is what inspired people the most. Both showed that women should not be tied down by men. They believe that women have the rights to determined their lives.

It really is a great show, although a lot of people will cry watching it..

1st November, a new journey begins..

As I have promised myself, after a month of relaxing and allowing myself to delete all that I have learned, it is time to start studying and prepare myself for the three-letter exam next year.

As time pass, I only hope that I have the will to improve both in my studies and my training.
